Telephone House, located on Marlborough Street in central Dublin, underwent a rehabilitation and conversion process, transforming a former office building into a Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel. The project, arranged over 10 floors above basement level, includes 290 rooms/suites and represents a new use for a landmark building in the city. The application of BRANCO VALONGO natural stone contributes to a bright, understated and contemporary image, reinforcing the visual quality of the intervention and the hotel’s architectural presence within Dublin’s urban surroundings.
