The Paper Exchange is a Grade A office building located in the centre of Belfast, Northern Ireland. With 11 floors and approximately 14,400 m² of office space, the project was designed for modern companies, offering a contemporary working environment connected to the city’s history and its former paper industry. Its architecture is distinguished by an elongated main façade, marked by a glazed base, vertical elements and contemporary upper volumes. The application of BRANCO VALONGO natural stone brings luminosity, sobriety and elegance to the ensemble, reinforcing its urban presence.
