The Hernán Cortés Building 11, in Santander, Spain, houses Banco Santander’s new regional headquarters in Cantabria. With approximately 4,000 m², the building was refurbished with respect for its heritage value and adapted to high sustainability standards. The intervention reorganises the interior spaces around a vertical atrium, enhancing natural light, transparency and the connection between the different floors. The application of GASCONE BEIGE natural stone contributes to a sober, elegant and contemporary image, enhancing the material quality of the interior spaces.
